For routine appointments, you can submit an e-Consultation via AccuRx or call on the day at 8am.
Patient notice - We can only process one Accurx medical request per patient per day. To help us address your concerns as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you contact us as issues arise rather than grouping them together.
When you complete an online request form, your query is directed to the most appropriate team to handle it. Following your submission, we may:
• Request further information by sending you a questionnaire to complete
• Offer advice via text or email
• Recommend that you visit your local pharmacy
• Book a face-to-face or telephone call with a healthcare professional
