Travel Vaccinations

If you have travel plans and think you may need vaccinations. We would ask that you make a travel clinic appointment with our nurse at least 8 weeks before you travel.

We offer vaccines available on the NHS – Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Tetanus, Diptheria and Polio, MMR and Cholera.

We are unable to provide malaria prophylaxis and recommend you contact a travel clinic for this.

We are not able to provide travel vaccines with less than 8 weeks notice.

To arrange your NHS travel vaccines at the practice, please complete the Travel Risk Assessment form and either email it to us on or bring it into reception. If a family is travelling, a form must be completed for each person. Please state on the form if you are travelling as a family group.  You will then be contacted by the practice to make an appointment.
