Booking an Appointment
To make an appointment you can call in person or telephone 0118 987 4551 between 8:00am and 6:30pm weekdays.
We aim to meet two standards:
- Patients with urgent medical problems should be seen on the same day.
- Patients with non-urgent problems should be offered a doctor's appointment within two working days.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform the Practice immediately, otherwise you will waste an appointment that someone else could benefit from

Before using the online facility you will need to register for this service and obtain a user ID and password.

Routine Surgeries
You are free to book with any doctor of your choice, but we recommend that you try to see the same doctor for ongoing health problems.
The nurses offer a wide range of clinic appointments including minor illness, well women and contraception. It is very helpful if you can inform the receptionists as to which type of appointment you require as it means you will be seen by the most appropriate nurse.
If you feel that your medical condition necessitates being seen before the next available appointment please inform the receptionist who will put you through to the duty doctor (or will ask the duty doctor to telephone you if he / she is otherwise occupied). The duty doctor will make an assessment as to the most appropriate way to deal with your problem. This may be a telephone consultation, an appointment that day, or advice together with a routine appointment.
